Cashback Offer Terms & Conditions
Your Mortgage People Ltd T/A Your Mortgage People (YMP)
- If you came to us as part of our £200 Cashback offer, we will give you £200 cash back within one month of completion of the mortgage. This will be paid to you by bank transfer once we have confirmed your bank account details with you.
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other cashback offer with YMP.
- This offer is only available on the purchase of this new home.
- Should your home purchase not complete the £200.00 cashback offer will not apply.
- If you have entered into a contract with YMP, Your Mortgage People Ltd reserves the right to withhold payment of cashback should you fall outside of your payment terms.
- Cashback is only available for customers who have entered into an agreement with the Your Mortgage People Ltd, T/A Your Mortgage People.
- YMP reserves the right to withdraw the cashback scheme at any time and without notice. In such circumstances, all cashback notified to YMP at the point of withdrawal of the scheme would be honoured up to that point, any subsequent applications will not attract the cashback offer.
- Mortgages are subject to underwriting and criteria. Minimum age 18, UK residents only.
